AgCareers.com is the world’s leading online career site and human resource service provider for agriculture, food, natural resources and biotechnology. It is a job portal opening up a “global market” in today’s market.

Katrina Dwyer has been involved with AgCareers.com in Australia & New Zealand since the launch in November 2006. Having grown up in East Gippsland on a cropping property combined with her working background of Recruitment, International Recruitment and Key Account Management AgCareers.com was a natural step.

Every day is different, from website development, posting jobs or visiting clients either local, national or international. Katrina utilises various skills ranging from customer service, account management and recruitment advertising.

Currently with offices in US, Canada, Australia & New Zealand with further plans to establish in South America & Asia.

Since successfully launching in Australia & New Zealand in November 2006, there has been an overwhelming response. Boasting over 1,000,000 page views to the site, the weekly newsletter is being distributed to approximately 20,000  subscribers in Australia & New Zealand and over 50,000 globally.
